A former corporate professional turned hybrid athlete, Patricia found her true purpose in fitness. After losing 30 pounds and reclaiming her energy, she traded the boardroom for the gym floor—pursuing performance, passion, and purpose through strength, running, and nutrition. Today, she’s all in—dedicated to helping others transform their lives just like she did.
