Who is Meeko Thomas?

As a lifelong athlete, I’ve always had an unwavering passion for health and fitness. My journey began on the college basketball court, where I honed my skills and nurtured my love for all things athletic. Throughout my years of playing, I realized that I wanted to do more than just excel in sports; I wanted to share the knowledge and wisdom I was acquiring with others.

Now, with over five years of experience in the industry under my belt, I’m on a mission to help my clients unlock their full potential. My primary goal is to teach them how to move gracefully and painlessly. I want every individual I work with to not only feel comfortable in the gym but also to gain the confidence they need to work out safely and effectively for many years to come. Together, we’ll embark on a journey toward better health and fitness, one step at a time.
