Once a shy, 9–5 office worker, Jaclyn reached a pivotal moment in her mid-20s that sparked a complete lifestyle shift. Through relentless determination, she went from sedentary to stage-ready, competing as a nationally ranked CPA Natural Bikini Masters athlete and overcoming injuries, self-doubt, and body image challenges along the way.

Today, Coach Jaclyn is a certified fitness professional and nutrition coach with a passion for guiding others through their own transformations—whether you’re just getting started or pushing for your next big goal. Her science-based, sustainable approach ensures no more yo-yo cycles—just consistent, empowered progress.
