Who is Henry Nwagbara?

When I moved from the UK to Canada, I left behind clothes and shoes just to make room for a suitcase full of gym kit — which says a lot about how much training means to me.

My background includes bodybuilding, calisthenics, and national-level basketball, but I’ve learned that looking strong is only part of the picture. True strength means moving well, staying resilient, and feeling confident in your body.

My coaching blends strength, mobility, athletic movement, and mindset to help you push past “I can’t” moments and build a stronger, more capable version of yourself.

Whether you’re new to training or experienced, we’ll keep it focused, effective, and simple: smart work, consistency, and progress.
