Who is Eric Lutz?
My own journey started when at nearly 300 pounds, I decided one last time to try and change my life. I walked into a gym, determined to lose 50 pounds or give up entirely. I decided I would do whatever it took to lose those 50 pounds and keep it off. Want to read more about my journey? That was nearly 100 pounds and 3 years ago.
Since then I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to learn how to get and stay fit, what it means to stay the course and believe in the process regardless of how hard it seems at the time. I’ve made it my mission now to help people lose the weight they want to lose, to learn to feel confident in whatever shape they’re in – and how to stop feeling so intimidated in the gym.

Training with Eric has been the most refreshing experience that I’ve had with a trainer. He has a knack for being able to keep me on track with my workouts without applying too much pressure and always ensures that I have a robust workout. He is always evolving my programs to ensure I’m maximizing my time with him and makes sure to keep them interesting/challenging.
