Who is Courtney Dyke-Elliott?
Hi! My name is Courtney and I am a St. Lucian, Registered Kinesiologist, personal trainer and founder of Island Gyal Fit.
I specialize in strength training, weight loss and injury management. My work as an athletic trainer for university varsity sports as well as 5 years of personal training has given me a wealth experience in coaching a range of clients with different ages, goals and abilities.
I strive to help my clients gain strength, empowerment and enjoyment in their individual journeys, while prioritizing functionality and positive self image throughout the process.
